A1A GLOBAL SERVICES, INC. INVESTIGATIONS AGREEMENT

This agreement is made between A1A Global Services, Inc. and you, the undersigned. Therefore, it is agreed that;
I, ___________________________, agree to all terms and conditions specified herein as of _______________, 200__. All transactions will be in US DOLLARS. I verify that I am of at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and am of sound mind when entering into this contract. As a condition of accepting this agreement, I warrant that I will not use this information either intentionally or unintentionally to violate any applicable local, state, federal or international law or regulation. I further agree that: I do not intend to use information provided to me by A1A Global Services, Inc. and its employees for a use which will cause emotional or physical harm to any person.

A1A Global Services, Inc. will provide professional investigative services to you and will make every reasonable effort to complete your case successfully. However, we cannot promise or guarantee what the outcome of your case will be. Our rates are _____ per hour, _____ cents per mile and _____ cents per cellular minute plus case related expenses. These rates apply the entire time we are working on your case, including travel time and mileage to and from the nearest office, case management and various administrative duties. There is a two hour minimum required to begin investigative work. An estimated fee to begin work will be required based upon the complexity of the case. Client is responsible for payment in full upon request when our fees outweigh the initial payment outlay. Client will be kept abreast of case details and provided with an up to date total cost upon request.
Client shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless A1A Global Services, Inc. from any and all claims, damages, or liability whatever arising out of the services or data provided. All notices hereunder shall be given in writing to A1A Global Services, Inc. by certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid to A1A Global Services, Inc. at 2637 East Atlantic Blvd Suite #107, Pompano Beach, FL 33062. Client agrees that venue for any proceeding shall be in Broward County, Florida. Client further agrees that they will be responsible for all costs, including court fees, attorney fees and other expenses incurred while enforcing this agreement.
Unless you the undersigned and A1A Global Services, Inc. make a different agreement, this agreement will govern all future services that we provide to you. Should client place investigative services into dispute we will take action to retrieve our funds, including but not limited to placing the account in collections, and/or going through litigation to retrieve the agreed funds. Once an investigation has been placed in dispute our confidentiality agreement is null and void. Should a fraud charge be made, we will notify the subject of the search, and inform the proper authorities.
I have read and understand the terms of this agreement. I agree to be liable for all obligations under this agreement and authorize A1A Global Services, Inc. to debit the below credit card account for all monies owed according to my card issuer agreement with my credit card company.
